what size spacers do i use?
I'm new to this game so i need some help. I've just ordered some SSR wheels that are 19x9 & 19x10. the offsets are 31mm front & 37mm back. What size spacers do i need to order so these look clean on my ride but at the same time i don't know how to "roll" or cut my fenders. Do i need to buy anything else when i order spacers or do they just bolt right up? Any help would appreciated. Thanks.

I don't have any experience with spacers, but I do have 19x9 fronts and 19x10 rears with +25 offset all around, and not running spacers. Maybe you can gauge from these photos how much spacer you need to achieve the look you want?
Tires are 245/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear. The 19x10 +25 rear does not give you that pushed-out look and there is a slight tuck. There are no issues with fender rubbing. I believe I could put 285's and have no problems.
Anyways back to your question, you would need 6mm spacer up front and 12mm spacer for the rear, to get it to where mine are. Then just add to that if you want it pushed out farther.
I believe you can buy spacers up to a certain thickness that just bolt right onto your wheel hub. When you exceed a certain thickness (maybe 1/2", not sure) you need to install longer studs so that you have enough thread engagement between the stud and lug nut. Many spacers come with hub centering rings to keep the spacer concentric with the wheel and hub.

You can simply measure the gap between your wheel, and the fender and figure out how wide a spacer you need (most spacers are measured in millimeters).
p/s - I have a pair of 15mm spacers for sale. PM if you're interested.

Wait until you get the wheels, then fit them on the car. As is, I am not sure if you will be able to clear the brake calliper and strut housing.
You should have an understanding of the OEM lug bolts and safely securing the wheels. Or spacers and extended lug bolts.
Better contact a vendor for technical advise.

Here's a good site to calculate offsets and what spacers to use:

i'm calling the local performace shop (which is usualy garbage but they still might be able to help) today about rolling my fenders and spacers. I think i'm going to go with 15mm spacers unless i see someone on the forum who has a clean set up. i just want fender and tire to be lined up w/no rubbing. The only thing i'm worried about is are these things actually safe to ride on for long distances?
