I believe anything other then your stock wheel will need hub centric rings. This will prevent the wheel from going on lop sided and giving your car the shakes at 80+ mph

yea but if u have lug nuts that are sloped on the ends, then that pretty much makes the wheels go on centered....my first set of wheels did not come with them and i was fine...but then my PIAAs did come with them...either way i was ok. most lug nuts now have that little slant on the end of them to center the wheel.

No. You have hub-centric and lug-centric wheels. A google search will give you an explanation of each. Generally, performance sports cars have hub centric wheels. A ring will essentially give you a hub-centric wheel.

So in other words, buy some rings when I get some new wheels like volk.

Not sure if the wheels are a perfect match for the 350Z, or if you need rings. Ask vendor for assistance.

as davidv said, some are hubcentric, some are not - most aftermarket are NOT hubcentric, and will need spacers.

whomever sells you wheels should at the very least tell you this info, if not provide rings
