Default AME Spec-R - Hotness? or... notness

I have an 07 redline GT and I want black rim with a polished lip.

LE37T in gloss or matt black was my first choice, but I can't find any.

So..

What do you think about these and what have I not looked at?

I've considered the following other wheels in black/polished lip
GTF
GTS
le28 (can't get)
le37 (Can't get)

from A-spec Products:

F1 motorsports has a pic next to a redline...

Those look pretty cool. Black wheels would definately look great on a redline. Whats the estimated price?

Sorry, as a courtesy to vendors, we don't discuss their prices on the forums. I think they are reasonably priced.

Thanks for the feedback though...

if you don't want to discuss prices then its hard to determine. a lot is dependent on the price (duh)... and if you didn't want to discuss the vendors price you shouldn't have used the vendors pictures, lol.

buy some LE37's in gold, and get them painted the black that you want. there was a guy on the boards who did this with his LE's and it turned out great. it was ppw Z is all i remember.

yeah, yeah.. But using their pictures creates advertising. The vendors asked me not to share their pricing and I'll abide by that request.

So... regardless of price is what I am asking. What do people like?

hmmm... also an option. Almose seems like sacralige... violating a volk wheel like that! I also heard that the lips on the LE's are easily scratched so if the whole wheel was clear-coated... hmm...

Those would look good, though I think if I had the cash, I'd go for the GT-Fs instead. Still, all some pretty nice choices to pick from.

Yeah thats perfectly understandable. I just wanted to get it into perspective of your price range to see what other options you could be considering. I was too lazy to look the price up myself...

But it still looks great. DO IT.
