Default Press Release: ings SPORTS TS-06 Wheels by RAYS Engineering

New Product Announcement:
ings SPORTS TS-06 Wheels by RAYS Engineering
October 25, 2007
Duarte, CA

"Our aluminum wheels have been developed with a specific mission: “Improving the lapping time on the racetracks.” A forged single piece structure was chosen with the consideration of possible use in Super-TAIKYU race. In designing the wheel, we decided to use the twin spoke founded on the 6 spoke design which is very much standard in the racing scenes. By studying the faces and the lines of the wheel thoroughly in detail, we have created the design well-suited for both street and racetrack. All the following advanced forging technologies and unique standard of the RAYS Corporation have been adopted. “10,000 ton Forging”, “Molding form. Forged”, “RM8000”, and “JWL+R” whose strength standard surpasses JWL. We can proudly say we have achieved “Super high performance with ultra lightweight” which all the aftermarket performance wheels are seeking for."

Gold [GD]

From the INGS Japan website:

Too big of a lip for my taste, but glad INGS finally has their own branded wheel, similar to Do-Luck and other body kit companies.

Wheel looks fantastic on the Sti in that gold however.

Yup, only 18's. These serve the purpose as track oriented wheels.

FYI - The official US ings website is www.ingsusa-net.com NOT www.ingsusa.com.

Pricing seems to be available now. Looks like $750-$810. Of course, that is MSRP, and prices will vary from our friendly authorized dealers such as mynismo heh

Yea, those are retail pricing. No one pays retail. Once I work out the discount structure with ings Japan, I will go ahead and start releasing public pricing for people who are interested.
