The front tires are taller than the rear.

Speedometer will read 106.62 MPH at 100 MPH.

yeah, that's what i've been saying....your traction control might mix that up and go nuts.

The second option works, is barely off from stock, and I found the Goodyear Eagle F1's (and BF Goodrich KDW2's) cheaper in the second option.

And here are your wheels sizes for future reference.
Fronts: 19 x 8 +33(or +30) offset
Rears: 19 x 8.5 +33(or +30) offset
I forget the offset, but it is neligible.

BTW, your sizes are too small meaning the overall height is not big enough. Look here http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalcold.html
