They will physically fit on the wheel, but they may not work as far as VDC/TCS is concerned. The OEM tires were 245/45/18, not 245/40/18 so those are a little "shorter".

We need a lot more details before determining whether they will work on your particular car and setup.

33.5 mm is one hell of a difference in height!

Sorry about that. 245/40/18 front and 245/45/18 rear is better.

Those should work fine as the rears would be about ½" taller than the fronts - well within the limits of what VDC/TCS expects.

That depends upon the size of your wheels. Post that info to get the help you need.

EDIT: 245/40-18" will fit the front stock wheels (18"x 8").

Spike - his subject line states 18" OEM wheels, so they are either 8" or 8½" wide. In either case, those tires will fit fine.

I wasn't sure if he wanted to mount this size on the front or the rear. 245/40-18" would be the right size for the front (as to overall diameter).

245/40/18 will work fine on all four corners. For my autocross setup, I have a set of RA-1s on my track trims (18x8 F / 18x8.5 R) and I don't have any issues at all.

^^ Yes that size should work on your Enthusiast with TCS.

re> "245/40/18 will work fine on all four corners."

You shouldn't expect this setup to work reliably on a VDC equipped-car.

^^ Just in case you missed the VDC comment…

Your Performance Model has VDC, and thus requires a staggered setup as to overall diameter. So, your “all square” setup with 18” wheels is:

245/40-18” front
245/45-18” rear
