Default Moda R6 Rims- Check it

I love Moda Rims. Has anyone had any experience with them. Are they heavy, look crappy in person? I love both the R6 and R8. Lemme know what you guys think.

I was originally looking at those, UNTIL i did some research, they are cast, very heavy, wrong offsets and that was enuf to back off.

I want to get them. I know they are heavy, and the offset is in the 40's I think, but I dunno. Those are the cheapest I've found that I really like.

So when you say "heavy" how many pounds are we talking about? That sucks.. those rims look so damn cool. Anyway, does anyone know the weight?

When I damaged a wheel in Oct last year, I called Tirerack to check into the R6 in 18x8. I was told that the offest was +38. I'm sorry, but IMO that is wrong when the stock 18x8 Performance/Touring wheels are +30.

Didn't TXSTYLE test fit the Moda R6s from his GS on the Z? They seemed to fit fine, but they are certainly heavy, heavy meaning 25+ lbs. for a 19".

+38 is way too much for an 8" wheel. +20 would be more like it.

I guess I am not understanfing "offset" very well. +38 means 38mm pushed out toward the outside correct? That wheel in the photo not only looks great, but it doesnt seem to be offset in a funny way? Although could be bad camera angle?

+38mm=pushed IN towards the car more
+20mm=pushed OUT more towards the wheel well (just an example)

Am I wrong... isnt there some difference between positive offset and negative offset? I have never bought aftermarket rims before? Seems to me
+38mm and +20mm would both be going the same way? I am utterly confused.

+38 will be in farther than +20. It works reverse from what you may think.
