a 275 is a nice stretch on a 10.5, then i figured they would probably drop down a size to a 265/35 anyhow. If i mention a 265/35 they would probably get something lame like a 255 stretched over a 10.5

Please don't give me any size tires anymore since those are not even stretch on a 10.5. Look what thread your in and you come out giving me 275 and 265 lmao.

Exactly. Run 235/35 R, if you're looking for a nice stretch.

Just started pulling my rear fenders today. First time pulling fenders and i have the one done (at least i think it done). Im trying to fit some 19x11-14 with a 255/35 in the rear. Here are some progress pics, not sure if i have to keep pulling more or if im pretty good for now. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks

Sell them and buy wheels that fit! If you get the right offset you can also buy tires that actually fit the wheel.

I had 9.5/10.5 +10 with 245/275 and got bored of that look so now it's time to change. 19x10/11-14 will be going on.

35 sidewall for rear is good but what about 9.5 up front sidewall? was thinking 40 to balance it out since 10.5 is rear.

Not sure what youre asking, but I personally wouldn't mix up sidewalls. If you're running a 9.5 upfront I'd run:

215/35/18 and 245/35/18

Hope you got some decent offsets though, because that's what really showcases tire stretch.
