what are those suction cup things on the rear bumper for? I cant find those vanaci spirit rims.

teaser pics...waiting for SPC front camber arms, spacers and an alignment..had to raise the ***** for the shop to paint it. I NEED TWO 235/35/19s! will trade for (2) 255/30/19 T1Rs fresh
"ninja edit": no part of the car was bolted together, the hood was just resting on top of the hinges and the bumper was being held on by the weight of the hood. these were just mock up pics...if you look the A pillar and mirror arent even on the car yet....chilll out guys, fitment is everything.
