[quote=young Jee(Z);8659403]OK. im a converted fat tire member, im trying my hand at stretch.
anyone stretching toyo proxes 4? i ordered a set for my fronts 225/35/19 and am having a hard time finding a shop that knows what thell they are doing.
i live in michigan and NOONE out here is stretching so the local shops look at you like your stupid when you ask them to fit a narrow tire on a wide wheel. ive been sent away from most shops because they dont have the right equipment....any advice as to what to tell these tire shops?
you dont need any equipment other than a tire changer? lol. at work i put a 225 on 10 inch wheel. the only hard part is getting the bead to seal, but even then no special equipment required?

i would say an air blaster aka "cheetah" can be important at a tire change place. i've probably changed like 60 sets of stretched tires including some extreme ones.
thanks guys, i found a belle tire that is willing to mount them. i really dont see why it was so hard for the other shops to comprehend. Well see how it goes later on today when the tires arrive.
white 350z
dropped on golds vs xx
unless i read it wrong
i ordered a new set in July
waiting on them now
but i think yes he is
