I am also not a fan of the murdered out look....but I can't agree this Vette looks dumb.

BTW, this car was posted on Clublexus.com and someone posted that this is not a real ZR1. It is a regular Vette with a ZR1 kit.
I still like it and don't care if someone puts a ZR1 kit on a Vette as long as they don't add ZR1 emblems. That would not be cool.

Right on as tt was never intended to rip off a ZR1. THe quarter panels and widebody rears are 1.5 to 3 inches wider. The diffuser is obviously more aggressive than the ZR1's. If I'm not mistaken they have a an emblem but I can't remember what it says. Not a fan of it but at least they didn't put a ZR1 badge there.

It's so true. I would never touch my Z's tails with any type of tint ever. Maybe people can pull it off well, but all I see where I live is trashy cars with tinted tails.

haha I feel sorry for DeftoneZ, not just about the spoiler but mostly because he just happened to post RIGHT before Miltdoggie bukkaked this thread with his post.

deftone, bro in all seriousness not trying to knock you your stance looks great, but I would rather roll around with holes in my trunk than the spoiler, I don't know what's so hard about opening up your socket set and makin a move

hey Milt I'm riding the same train of thought man, what you said about leaving the fenders untouched. I have them cut in the rear paper thin, and rolled in the front, but I don't wanna pull.

Its not a case of just busting out the sockets, there's a good chance its pop riveted on, its hard to tell because of all the sealent but the end looks like it takes a small allen but when you go to put an allen in there it doesnt fit, its hard to describe unless you see it in person. Whoever installed it did some kind of ghetto job.. I'm not about to just start drillin it out myself. I'm a single guy tryin to pay my own bills and buy food, the economy hasnt been good this year and I just cant afford to take it to the shop until next spring with tax return money or else the thing would be off and likely on fire right now. You honestly have no idea how much I hate that thing

Oh and milt... that ***** rediculous lol!

yea that Cobra R wing is crazy...I would paint the sides of it at least like you originally wanted to until you find a used hatch or something...find out what the degree the blades are at...cause I'm no Physicist but I highly doubt that thing does anything back there...

KingBaby, yea bro I cut the rear fenders myself and rolled my fronts, those pics up there it's only -2 camber, so I got a lot of room to play with. I don't plan on going any more than -5 camber rear, and -3 up front. Did a lot of test fitting since the wheels arrived, looks like it's all gonna work.

hey I got a question for you guys real quick you see in this pic below the rubber washers I have laying alongside the lugnuts on the plastic bag on the ground, I'm planning on putting those over the wheel bolts so when I screw my lugnuts the washers sit between the lugs and the wheel so they don't damage the wheel or chip the powdercoat off.
Would you guys say that's a safe thing to do or no ?
obviously the lugs are gonna be torque wrenched to 80lbs spec.

Its actually a Stillen type2 wing

http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...SAN&model=350Z

I figured out what it was because we searched around for it and actually called stillen to try and figure out what size bolts it uses and whats holding it on certainly isnt what it came with for hardware.

rubber washers on your wheels....thats scary. just get some kics or some other nuts that have a floating washer built in, thats the sole purpose of the floating washers
