found this on g35driver. this right here is IMO is perfectly stanced...wow! drop on point, front camber flowing and matching the rear camber. i like how the short step lip on that deep lip looks, give me some ideas for my 19" set. hope i can get my Z to sit just like this GS.

Yea, that's the long and short of it. Sometimes the wheel well (the underside of the quarters) has to be modded also. But the important thing to point out is that it allows more natural camber to incur and at the same time reducing the amount of pull needed. So you could fit ridiculously aggressive setups with relatively little pull making it look much cleaner than if you were to just widen the fenders without raising the arch of the quarter panel.

Hey guys, dumped Z owners 
. I have a question.
If you have SPC or SPL A-arm, are you able to access the top adjusting nut when you raise your car?
I have a SPC and lowered about 1.5~2 inches. When i raise the car, there is no way i can't access the top nut.
PIC is the car raised. Did not jack up the lower arm.

as far as shops go I def. understand what you mean I was really disappointed with how my 350 came out of the body shop after $5500 worth of work. I always joke with my wife about moving to japan, shops that can do that kind of work are prolly a dime a dozen out there...

Had to raise my car up a quarter of an inch...
Now I feel like an alien like every one is staring at the gap I don't have but I feel is there!
New tires next month or so should fill the gap I don't have back up!
