size of wheels?

^ how did it go? i tried to stretch 265/30 on my 19x12.5... looked like that.

 

tire brand make a difference when stretching that extreme. Some tires run bigger than other. I was able to stretch a 275 30 over my 13s but it was a hassle.

 

The 215/35/19 was cake the 245/35/12 still hasn't sat in. The 215 are Yokohama and the 245 nankangs. The shop were I was getting the 245 mounted said that if they don't pop into place by heating up the side walls that they would try mounting them with gas and a match, but idk how that will result.

What's the tire and rim sizes? And I've been looking for a clean 510 myself,looks super dope

 

They are 15x8 0mm offset (the new Varrstoen v2 wheels)

Tires are 165 45 IIRC

 

I also had to put a 3mm spacer in the front due to the inner barrels hitting my outer tie rods, that may be specific to my setup though cause im the only person that ran into this issue. I have 280zx front struts and brakes

There were 3 other 510's

one of them was a guy i have met before, he has an F20 swap, but the car needs paint and some work to get it "show worthy" but its still a badass dime mainly cause the uniqueness of the swap.

Then there was a really clean 4 door with an SR swap that was pretty nice, i was for sure thinking he was going to be my "competition". And then there was a two tone on 17's with blue lights all over the place that was still rocking an L series motor that ended up getting 3rd or 2nd place i cant remember...i was like WTF? I have seen this 2 door before at the monthly meets, to each their own but def not my style...

I have a feeling there is alot of politics that determin the winners (ie who you know and who your friends with) which in my mind is retarded...

Although one of my buddies ended up winning 3rd in VIP class and he seamed pretty clueless and suprised lol...so maybe it just depends on the class/category your competing in.
