FWIW, the red Z only had to roll his rear fenders to fit those 10.5 +15 front and back.
Interesting.
Yes... the mounting pad thickness changes. The face doesn not change.

The red car likely has 275 tires on the back and not 295 tires. I have 295.

The wheel size is 10. Not 10.5

The poster above states these wheels are 18. And by the look of it his tires are 275.

Actually, the face does change. You can compare a TE37 19x10.5 +22 and a 19x10.5 +12 and you can see the face has a bigger dish and is slightly more concave. The pad thickness doesn't have anything to do with offset. You can still have a low offset wheel but in a high pad version, again, just like a TE37 19x10.5 +12; low offset wheel but has high pad clearance.

But not for all rims... I know my SF winnings spoke cross-section is similar front and rear, but the mounting "pad" or a cross-section of the rear casting pad is much thicker. Yes, its a two-piece and they play around with the forged spinning or ring "lip" depths too. And as you stated, there is also a high/mid/low pad version of the spoke casting.

Its amazing how many combinations there are just for my wheel type, a lot of R&D and money spent on manufacturing!

I want to run 305/30/19 PS2s in the spring. And I actually wish I had a +40 offset in the rear...
My 350 is dropped and the camber is around -1', and my wheels still stick out... lol.

Yup, you're right. There are so many variables when it comes to wheel fitment, wheel "A" can have high pad, low offset, wide width while wheel "B" can have low offset but no high pad option. It all varies with the design of the wheel itself as well. It's difficult to compare your Winning's in this scenario though as they're a 2 piece wheel. If you compare monoblock to monoblock, it would make more sense.

I didn't see your reference specifically about the ADVAN RS. On ADVAN wheels, you're right, they only offer 2 different face type, regular and GTR. The GTR face will have concavity where as in the regular will not so the lower offset wheel will not have anymore concavity than the higher offset wheel if they both have the GTR face. You're right, Larry!
