Default Website to tell you minimum and maximum width?

is there a website to tell you the minimum and maximum wheel width of certain tire sizes?

Im trying to see the minimum and max (rim/wheel width) for a 225 tire and for a 245 tire.
(stock tire sizes)

but the stickies on these forums dont really tell you the same info the other forums have as stickies..

You can use this : An ideal rim-width calculator

Look for your brand and make of tire on Tirerack.com. Then go to specs.

Here's an example for the Bridgestone RE040. Look at the 6th
column in.

ideal widths on a rim can differ greatly. MANY factors come into play. are you going for a look? are you going for performance? are you looking to correct an understeer/oversteer problem? are you looking to make the car handle with more over/under steer? another thing to keep in mind is that every tire manufacturer will create different tread width to aspect ratios than others. why do my 305's take up the same area as my old 275's, yet create a 2" larger tread pattern on the ground? theoretically it shouldn't, but it does. different tire manufactures have different specs on sidewall width/ tread. i have made 225's work on a 10" rim, and 295's work on a 7" rim. but both are extremes and WAY different driving purposes.
on a side note, just look into what was said above and see what is recommended by the individual tire manufacturer, lol.

As Zillinois pointed out, use an online seller like Tirerack or Discount Tire Direct, they list the specs for all sizes they sell. You can also check the manufacturers websites as they have specs listed.
