Yeah...I figured I'll get some reasonable tires for the OEM wheels for now since they are almost to the wire. Once I'm looking for aftermarket wheels then I'll go for with the high end tires. I just need something for now so I could put my Tein's on. Can't wait to have my ride lowered!!

Id trust Falken personally. I did try a set of nittos but they didnt leave enough of an impact for me to not go back to falkens.

I have the KDW 2's. 245 in front and 255 in rear and I like them a lot.
I am curious to try the falken azenis but the kdws havent failed me yet. I think I paid around $160-171 ea. Tirerack ftw or get your local guy to pricematch.
I have heard from some tire guys to stay away from sumitomo and/or el cheepo brands. I think next time around I might try Azenis or stick to the KDW2s
Good Luck.
Forgot to mention, but I have heard good things on the Toyo T1s.

I have Toyo T 1Rs, OEM sizes, with 22,000 miles on them and plenty of tread left.
The guy above who said he only got 8,000 must be doing burnouts at every light! LOL!
T 1 Rs are great all around tire: quiet, good wet/dry grip, and smoooooooth ride.
Only legitimate complaint I've seen here is soft sidewall for those who corner really hard.

I'm a fan of quiet, comfort, and thread life for my tires.
I've had three sets of tires for my car.
1. BS RE040Stock - horrible wear had to change them at 27k, loud, thinking back it felt very uncomfortable
2. Michelin PS - great performance tire, symmetrical so it can be rotated, but it didn't last long either. around 30k miles.
3. Toyo T1R's - most comfortable, smoothest out of the three. soft side wall so steering is not as responsive as the Pilot Sports. reviews say it has a very good thread life.
Now I have a question, what can I do to prolong the thread on my toyo's? Being that the Toyo's are not symmetrical therefore i don't believe i can rotate them.

yeah you cant rotate them just make sure your alignment is in spec majority of the time and dont drive insanely hard ie spinning tires drifting etc. You should see plenty of miles out of them
. Even the kdwII's have a treadlife of 300 i think. hopefully i can stretch some good mileage out of them. 1k on tires ever few months does not appeal to me lol.
