Quick question; will this rim fit on a Z?

Offset: +40 to +45 (+43 Recommended)
Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
Stock Offset: +45 Front/Rear
Stock Wheel Weight: 16 lbs
Stock Tire Weight: 20.97 lbs
Stock Tire Ratio: 205/55/16 (Width, Height, Size)

This is actually data from a friend of mine with an RSX Type-S. The reason I ask is that I'll need to buy winter rims later on this year, and my friend happens to have his stock RSX rims for sale... I kinda like how they look, and they're going for cheap, so if this fits, I hope I can get them and mount some blizzaks on them for my Z for the winter.

Naturally I'll be popping the acura logo out
