Default taking apart my volks

-2 Front and 2 Rear GT-S were taken apart for polishing
-After polishing they were put back but not correctly
-1 Front has a Rear centerpiece and 1 Rear has a Front centerpiece.

Is it safe for me to take these apart and swap the centerpiece's my self?

****, my friends and I were just discussing how we never see faux hawks anymore.

And just from the pics and name "currency" I already hate this guy.

And if you're so "ballin" currency... why buy used wheels in the first place? You wouldn't... by chance... be spending all your money on making yourself look rich, would you?

even though currency is a douche, i'm pretty sure a lot of people would have done the same. Although a free shop was provided to fix the problem, how is currency to know that the guy will call him back? What if he waits for the shop, just to realize that they can't fix it? Especially because this transaction was local, currency would have no way of securing his money. If it were paypal he could've waited the couple extra days and filed a claim if the shop didn't call him. since it isn't he'd be stuck.

How would that be any different than the current situation? Triple8sol had the money last friday in cash, currency had no way of getting it back. Triple8sol said the shop would fix it next week, currency jumped the gun and had it fixed for $100, the result was the same, the other shop didn't fix them, except now currency is out $100. If he had waited, he probably would have gotten them fixed for free. I don't see any downside to waiting for the other shop. I certainly see a downside to getting them fixed himself

its more about peace of mind. if you were out 2g's wouldn't you want to know as soon as possible what you can do about it? maybe 2g's isn't much to you, but I value my money and can understand currency's situation. neither of these two is right or wrong.

So he could have talked to another shop and found out how much it cost, then waited until the end of the week, how would that hurt anything? Other than being out $100 and not allowing the other party to come through

This is true. However, it was simple fix and would have cost $100 be it today or next week. Granted, if he had waited a few days, it would have been free.

My biggest problem with the whole ordeal, he couldn't pay Triple the full amount, but then dropped another $100 fixing it himself when it would have been free.
