Volks, Works etc..are nice..very aggressive and worth the money...
but is it worth for a 350z? i mean it will look good but spending more than $3k for only wheels and tires on $30k car is not worth it i think

And I'm not surprised you support a backdrop wheel company, you support Ron Paul. Similarity?

not sure about your second paragraph...i dont see hardly any boosted Z's rolling on "cheap" wheels.
me personally, i'd rather roll a 600 dollar wheel than 200 dollar wheel due to QUALITY. the whole you get what you pay for comes into play here. the difference in quality between a 200 dollar wheel and a 600 dollar wheel is very very obvious.

honestly, who gives a ****? people are going to do their own thing, so let them. you trying to tell me on the internet that your $4,000 wheels are better = a pile of dog **** to me.
i/most people dont care dude. your point is not good enough for me/most people to say 'OMG, you know what, hes right!!!!!1!!111 **** ROTAZZZ!!!!'
its not gonna happen dude. people are going to buy them regardless of your POV.

I guess so. Must be a lot of guys here with experience just snapping the crap out of wheels huh. Or just too proud to own anything than the most expensive wheels they can get their hands on. Good to see Z/G owners with similar attitudes to Supra, RX7 and NSX owners.

I find it hard to believe the majority of Supra owners run Rotas lol. I have a very good friend with a singled Sup and he hates Rotas, and all the Chicago guys run real wheels.
And saying you have to buy $700 a piece Volks vs crap $200 a piece Rotas is not a fair comparison. There are plenty of brands in between that won't cost $3000 for a set of quality wheels.
A good analogy was mentioned earlier with watches, I wear a Tag Heuer, and could a Casio tell the same time? Sure, but a Taurus could get me to work too. (hope you understand my point there, it's pretty obvious).

The scary thing is how Rotas are relatively lightweight, and made with the worst materials and process known to man. That should be a preface to the expectation of what they'll do when subjected to any stresses. El breako. My fully forged BBS RE's wouldn't flinch.

I see no point in you making this thread, seriously what is your point?
The guy hit a curb!!!! Do you really expect a cast wheel to no break if you slam it into a curb from the side?
omg I hit a curb with my volk rim, why didn't it stay in perfect shape. cheap piece of crap
omg here's my volk ce28 after hitting a small bump in the road, why isn't the wheel perfect still
Funny how I've never damaged a Rota rim, hit the same bump that bent my Volk tons of times and the Rota rim hasn't been damaged. Maybe I should go slam into a curb if I want to break one....

Umm, no you just said that. I, on the other hand, stated that some of us care about quality. And for the watch analogy, how about a sapphire crystal face that won't scratch like a cheap Casio? Better analogy? More clear for ya? Kids these days....
