DIY Fender Rolling
I had a slight tire rub in the rear after I put my new volk wheels on so I rolled my fenders today. I have a 19x10.5 +24 wheel and 285/35 tire size. The fender rolling tool I bought made the job pretty easy. A little heat and patience and everything worked out fine. I do not see any paint crack at all. I took some aggressive twisty-turns during my test run and no more tire rub. Here are some pics:

The cost of the tool was $275 shipped ... a bit pricey but now I have the tool if I ever need to work my fenders or if a friend needs to borrow it. I checked into renting but there was a waiting list and I only had 5 days to return it. My schedule is pretty tight and I was afraid of having to rent it twice if it showed up during the week or when I was out of town.

I have eibach pro springs (stock shocks) to lower the car by 1". I also put SPL upper arms in the front and SPC camber arms with toe bolts in the rear for proper alignment.

Worked out great! Just take your time and heat it up the whole time. I just needed to jack the car high enough to stick a bat (a metal one at that) between the tire and fender. i would use a wooden bat next time
