I am about to buy a pair of Motegi Touges 18x9 front 18x10 rear. The tire place told me I could use my current tires permantly. I would only want to it be temp though. The tires I have now are Bridgestones 225/45/18 front and 245/45/18 rear. He told me that they could "swell" the tire around the wheel and it wouldn't make a differenece. Has anyone heard of this before or seen? Thanks

crazy stretched. Will look ugly i have 255 on 8.5 inch rim and it looks great 275 on 9.5 that should tell you they are too small.

 

I would not drive with a 245 mm tire on a 10 inch wheel but you can.
