Default Which rims are preferred??

I'm getting a widebody kit specifically the Mastergrade kit. I'm looking into rims but just curious to know if there are any specific manufactures out there that people like.

The stock rims I have some how have gotten scratched but I never recall hit a curb or anything....

I was looking to get some Maya's but not sure if they can make it as wide as I need it.

Any opinions out there?

I recommend Volk Racing Wheels....

However, since you've got a widebody. I say look into JLines, HRE, IForged. These companies can do custom offsets for your widebody.

Work wheels will also do a variety of custom sizes in many of their multipiece wheels

Best bet is to decide on a general look that you want, and a budget

I see alot of Volk and Work rims especially coming from an S2k. How do the rims hold up against stock? The stockies scratch pretty damn easy from what I've noticed.

Question ....

I noticed when I was doing my first oil change that the inside of the stock rims are stamped with initials or something. But what I noticed is that there are cracks around the stamping in the rim itself. I'll try to snap some pics to show you guys but it's kinda crazy because both the front rims are like that.

Props for that Mastergrade WB kit, I'm also on the list . So Im looking to upgrade my wheels too. Unfortunately I fell in love with Volks limited edition RE30's and I'm told their not going to be big enough. Anyone know if Ray's Racing offers custom sizes for these. I need these b*tches!!!!
Budget: What ever it takes to get these in the right size.

you're gonna want to look for something around a 345/25/20....i know pirelli makes some that size....i know that the Work VS XX are 20x13.5 with a 38, 31 or 17mm offset....nyxracing.com has those wheels on their website....along with a hefty price tag as well- $1066.99

wait till you see the wheel pricing then - you're looking at an easy ~ $6k + for a setup like this (wheels and tires, mounted, balanced and shipped) for anything quality

discount tire direct has nitto INVO's in the 345/25/20 for 529... if you went down to a 335 or even a 325 you'd find a better variety of tires, wheelsnext.com has some toyo proxes s/t 315/35/20 for 246.00/EA and some Yokohama AVID H4S for 493.00/EA.....regardless, thats one fat a** tire, and dent to the wallet

I saw those...and I don't think I can handle those rims....even my girlfriend said she really didn't like them.....

Besides thinking either a 5 spoke or like BBS rims design.....not sure yet.

depends on how you drive the Z.....i would assume that since youre going with a wheel/tire combo that size that you're FI? if so then i would hope you have some gears in the diff to put that power out to those fat a** tires........i could be completely wrong and you could be using that setup for just show with the widebody.....in which case they would last you longer than 8-10K
