Rota P45R's Please Help
I called up Rota today and pretty much had my order complete and ready to pay when the question came about Off-Set. I asked him about it and the guy sounded clueless so i canceled the order.I have a 06 Base Z currently running the stock 18's which i think are 8.0 in the front and 8.5 in the rear but as far as the off set on them goes I am clueless. I searched the Forums to see what other peoples off sets were and most of the Z's had either a lowering kit or a different suspension of some sort so the off sets were all different. I dont have any springs or anything and dont plan on really getting any in the near future so im wondering what my safest bet is. Rota told me to go with 8.5's in the front and 9.5's in the rear but like i said was clueless on the off set. Would 20+ be fine with a stock suspension? Assuming i get these sizes i would be running 245/40 front and 265/ rear as for tires? Sorry If these are dumb questions but No one I know seems to know. Flame if you must just answer the question please. Need these babies before Spring Break. Thanks guys
8.5@+20 is pretty weak for the front wheels. If you really want those rims, I would get 9.5+20 all around, then add a 10mm spacer to the rear which would result in a pretty flush look.

you dont rub with 9.5 with a +20 offset?
i changed my mind about some sizes because i thought it would rub the fender or something. thats great to hear.
so yea, im trying to go 18x9.5 with +20 offset all around sitting on 245/40/18 tires. (or i may go 275 in back, who knows, i dont.. ha)

No rubbing since i'm on stock suspension. Since you said you don't plan on lowering for awhile, you'll be fine. I went with 245 and 275 as thats what the majority of people with 9.5 run on 18s. As seen in the 100 most ask questions or something like that, its in the 350z sub-forum.
I don't know much so maybe the tire experts can chime in.

Did you call Rota USA directly? They are just the US importer of the wheels and do not have as much knowledge on fitment for the various offsets.
If you have any specific questions about the Rota wheels please let me know and I can help you out. We carry all of the Rota wheels for the 350Z and also give specials to my350z.com members such as free lugs/caps and shipping.
The staggered setup is 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear with varying offsets. Right now the only available color for this setup is Hyper Silver. This setup works well on the stock suspension and will allow you to run a mild tire setup. The most popular option is the 18x9.5 all around and as of late the +20 offset is the popular choice. This setup will also work well on your stock suspension and give you a very flush look. Tire size depends on the type of tires/brands you are looking for. Shoot me a PM if you have specific questions about wheel/tire packages and I can help you select a tire.
Here's how the 18x9.5 +20 looks on our shop car.
