Default Dirty Volks :(

Hey guys, I have a set of Volk Progressiv Spokes and I was unable to wash them for a while due to heavy water restrictions and there is quite a lot of stubborn brake dust build up especially on the front wheels. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a product that I could use that won't affect the clear coat, but aid in removing the stubborn spots???

Here's a pic of my rims:

You can try bug and tar remover. If that doesn't work I would try going over the lips lightly with a clay bar.

Meguiars sells a wheel cleaner that gentle on volk rims. I think it's aluminum wheel cleaner. DON"T GET THE OTHER PINK ONE! IT WILL HURT THE WHEELS!

good luck, any chemical cleaners will eat up the clear on the rims, soap water only.
