I am currently getting some Volk 20" GT-Cs touched up and straightened up after 3 or 4 years of use.

I am wanting to paint them and am wanting the lips to be a "black chrome" aor a polished black look. Can anyone tell me of a place I can figure out paint for this or what combo to use to get this look? We have been having a hard time finding anything that will be black and not a silver. So if anyone knows how to coat a black or if you have a place to get some pre-done paint for this please let me know!!
