Question Opinions and advice on this setup...

Hey Everyone...

I have a BASE 06 Z and am on stock suspension and I have decided to get:
- Work Emotion CR Kai's (8.5" in front, 9.5" in rear)
I've seen many opinions on offset and spacers which is kind of confusing. I just want to be able to put as wide tires as I can in the front and rear w/o rubbing. I also want a staggered appearance on the wheels. After searching for awhile, it seems that most go with a 245/40/18, 275/40/18 setup with these rims. Is that the biggest I can go?

What offset should I get and what are the widest tires I can fit w/o ANY rubbing issues???

Also, I am leaning toward getting the Potenza RE-01R's...I want a tire that will last the wear of daily driving and have excellent performance w/o being totally f'd in the rain... Is there something completely better that anyone knows about?

Thanks for the help guys.

Same size as the NISMO wheels.

IMO you may not like the 8.5" fronts...with these wheels at a 22+ offset, the 8.5" rim's spoke are close to flat and don't have the same concave look as the 9.5" rims. (I've had these wheels before).

IMO, if you like the concave look (which most ppl do if they get these wheels), then go 18X9.5 +22, and just stagger the tire size. This will be very close to flush....the only other thing you'd need (if you already don't have it) is a drop.

here's what mine looked like...9.5" all around.
