Default one wheels is hotter than others. what's wrong with it?

I just put on my summer wheels on it. I hear noise from Pessenger side Front wheel. lugs are tightend, tire pressures seems okay. But it is very hot when I touched it. I compared with other three tires, but they were just warm, not hot. I could not stick my hand for like 5 seconds.

What would be wrong with it? air pressure? balance? defected wheel?

wheel or tire?
if its tire it could be crappy alignment?
also why not take off the wheel and put it back on see if something isnt set properly

It could also be a wheel bearing.

okay, i was on the way to dealership to re-map my tpms and about the tires. HOWEVER........... it poped.... I need to look for new tire.

all of my tires are less than 1000 miles, so I'm thinking getting a brand new brdigestone re50a, from tire rack it is $200. however, I found this on ebay, he/she is selling two fronts 70~80% tread. I think I can buy it around $200.

so, should i keep the new one for spare and put those two on front? or just buy a new one? they cost same. here is pic from ebay.
