Default Patching Run Flats

Is it possible? Some people say yes, and some people say no. I came to work this morning and noticed that I had a nail in my tire. It's located dead center and I'm not actually losing any tire pressure but I was curious to know if you can actually patch up a run flat or if anyone has done it. Any help or feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Well no one will touch my tire. I've called around and all places including Goodyear will not touch the tire . Some tell me... which I've heard a lot is that you need to be certified to make that repair. Which I understand but most places around my area said no. I'm f'en pissed cause now I have to shell out some cash that I really don't have at the moment.

So if anyone wants to purchase run-flats... Consider this before you buy.
