Default 20'' wheel question

Around how much higher would my car be off of the ground by going to 20's vs 19's?

It wouldnt be if you pick the proper sized tires.

OP as long as you have the same overall diameter, your car will be the same hieght. I think most ppl here run a 245/35/20 and a 275/30/20 on 20x9.5 and 20x10.
