i got a db, and imo the bronze looks pretty good.

I have a db too and have contemplated the same thing... And I've come to the conclusion that I wouldn't do anything more than a color matched lip. Depends on what kind of color scheme you want to do with your car. I wanted black and blue. So I have black rims, black tint, and a cf hood. IMO, too much blue is no good, and if you do go blue you should color match it. Otherwise you're going to end up with a car covered in multiple shades of blue. It will not follow any type of theme and probably will not look good. Imagine your db, with some different type of blue rims, a slightly different type of blue lug nuts, and another different type of blue hood pins... It would look like crap.
