How did you talk yourself into spending $3500 for volks and tires?

ShYte I'm in this boat too.

It's not even just the wheels. It's the fact that if I do wheels, I have to do suspension , which adds another 2K on top.

And 6,5k to 7K is a down payment on a brand new 335 or other nice ride

So I am stil hesitating as you see , but that's because my car is 2 years old and I usually never even keep them that long. Since your car is new I would do it in your case.

3500 is too mucht o spend on wheels. I spent 1300 on work emotions, they are light, havnt broken yet (2 years and going in nasty NJ roads) but I've gone through 2 sets of tires in 2 years. Save the money for high quality stickies.

Some random lower priced wheels:
work emotion line
rays (not volks!)
rotas

I justified by not buying body kits, and turbonators

the left over money allowed me to buy my volk TE37 TA, now there are very nice wheels that are cheaper but wheels and drop make the car so money is best spent there, then lots of cheap mods, make one nice one.

plus they dont loose value like cheaper wheels. I can rock my TA's for 1-2 years and sell them for about what i paid for them.

Man, I love the look of those VOLK TE37. I have the $, but I plan on getting some power mods first, then upgrading the wheels. Oh and my 03 track wheels make waiting a whole lot easier

Maybe a few months ago you could have been correct, but today you are wrong.

I just got a PM from a few vendors for some TE37's and all of them were well over $3,000 without tires.

Try ordering a custom color and see what they run. And, I'm shocked at what the "Volk" Dealers know and don't know about the wheels they sell.
