How wide can the front rim be?

There is one more factor that's always left out: if you have coilovers, you can adjust your preload height (usually it's that black cylinder shaft on the shock) to limit the travel. Right now i have 9.5" front, +7 offset, 265/30/19 michelin ps2 tires - no rubbing and it sticks out enough for half these people to freak out. And i'm running -2.5 camber. What most people forget is that the wheel will gain camber (it's called camber gain) as it moves closer towards the fender and therefore it'll just tuck itself under. You can literally have like 1mm clearance and it'll be fine as long as your coilovers are set up right.

That ppw Z with advans is sick. But it would look better dropped another inch or so. I just don't get these people saying "it will rub" when they don't know two things about this stuff and just want to post their opinion. If it rubs on your car, it doesn't mean the wheels are too aggressive. It means your shocks let it go too far up. And 10" up front is the way to roll. I wish volks had an option for 10/11" widths. It seems some people just can't handle anything that's not standard.

so 10's would deff rub... so its safe to say 9.5 is okay? i'm planning on getting rims for my bday.. or should i just go 9"? i would like to have the same size all around.. if i do go 9" or 9.5" all around.. what offset should i aim for? my car is stock.. i really don want to deal with rubbing/problems at all.
