Default Awesome

Hit a massive pot hole last night goin around 45 and this is what i have to show for it.... (will post pic of pot hole later)

Front right and back right rims both..... I thought I paid taxes for this kind of crap to be fixed so the roads are safe to drive on. That crack on the back rim almost goes all the way around, and if it did that rim would have just snapped off (surprised it didn't). So i guess it could have been worse....

Heres the pot hole, its massive.

Craxis...no surprise here.

Could have been worst, so consider this a second chance on your car and bless it with stronger wheels. Glad you are ok.

so are stock wheels then i hit a pothole half that size and cracked about half my wheel. Im running axis now and haven't had a problem . A pothole that big would have dented any wheel you can buy prob anyways so you would probably be replacing them regardless. Glad your ok though man that sucks.

you might want to check for other damage as well. hitting that hard more than likely screwed up something else you might not notice right away.

I dunno if we can really bash Axis with the old CRAXis routine on this one. That's a monset pot hole and low-profile 20" tires are not made to absorb that kind of shock. Depending on how fast he was going, the impact may have been massive.
