Default how annoying is driving without TPMS sensors?

how annoying is the dash light and the beeping? is the beeping permanent, or only for a few seconds?
I want 17" wheels for winter for my 2006 350Z (came with 18" wheels and TPMS). Did Nissan make stock 17" wheels for 350Z that have the TPMS sensors? or aftermarket wheels?
thanks.
P.s. I'm aware of https://my350z.com/forum/350z/197329...44#post3788619

I think the older 350's beeped. With my 2006, the light flashes only for 60 seconds then stays soild, until you shut the car off, then restart.. I don't even notice the light anymore. If it was a red light I would pull the LED out but it's amber so it blends.

No, Nissan didn't make 17" wheels that held the sensors.

In general, no it's not annoying at all. The light comes on after about 45 minutes of driving. With the stereo blaring all the time, I've never heard it beep.

Mine doesn't beep. I got a 2007. Having the light stay on doesn't bother me a bit.

I have an 07, and after a while you don't notice it. But tbh it annoys me at times.

i swear this beeping thing has become an Urban Legend.

The car does not beep at you if you dont have your sensors installed. just a warning light on your dash.

I have an 05 and my light is on all the time. Even after resetting the ECU. I think I will reinstall the TPMS when I get new tires.

I use OEM 17's for winter without TPMS and i get a light after about 40 miles of constant driving. No beeping, just the light, which goes away after shutdown, and then back on if you do another 40ish one trip miles.

mine's in 04, it doesn't beep. The light in the cluster randomly turns on after a long drive, but it resets itself automatically.

thanks guys. I'm glad it doesn't beep, and the light is not that bad. There is so much more choices with winter tires in 17" size than 18", so it looks like I can start my search.
