how annoying is driving without TPMS sensors?
I have a 2003 Performance model, and thus TPMS. I did not mount the sensors in my winter wheel/snow-tire setup. And, without the sensors in place, I do not get any audio beeping or a dash light. The only thing I see is “-------“ in the LCD display for the tire pressure window. Perfect.
I am beginning to think that the ’03 model is the best Z… no interference from TPMS, easily modified cubby for LCD screen-mounting, etc. I don’t think I’ll be changing out my ’03 Z in the near future (40K miles and going strong).

05 base, ive got volks on mine no TPMS sensors in em. dont get any light or beeping when i turn the car on and only after roughly 50 miles does the light stay on solid, no beeping. turn the ignition off and back on after you stop and it goes away for another 50 miles. ive sat in traffic longer than 45mins for sure and no light. my thinking is it reads the odo
mine gives one long beep then goes away but light remains on i got an 05

In general, no it's not annoying at all. The light comes on after about 45 minutes of driving. With the stereo blaring all the time, I've never heard it beep.
