my front lips on my wheels are bigger. Is ths Right? Help.

Just wanted to give you an update.
As of today, America's tire company installed a new 18x10.5 in the rear and they definitly do have bigger lips. Tirerack sent 2 day Fedex and their expense. That was good. The only thing is I had to get a new tires which cost me additional $400.
