What should I do with old rims?
Alright, well I know I've been in the market for some nice Volks recently, but it's got me thinking, what should I do with my old rims, if and when I decided to get volks?
I don't know the offset, nor the width of my current rims, as I am a dumbass and didn't research my **** when I bought new rims.
Would it be possible to use them for the drag strip, or auto-x if I were to ever do something like that?
I know for a fact my current rim size is 18", but I do not know the width. It may be 8.5 in fronts, and 9.5 in rears.

Either sell them or keep them if you plan on returning the car to stock in the future.
Check your owners manual, it list the sizes and offsets for your model and year.
Sizes and offsets are sometimes stamped on the back of the hub.
Yes, you can use them for drag, autocross, etc.

The rims I have now is a current staggered setup, so I don't know if that makes a difference whether or not I want to auto-x, drag, drift, etc.
WAT?
I don't get why you need someone's opinion on what to do with your old rims? It's not like there are a ton of options. Also, I know this may be tough, but if you want to know the actual width of your tire......pull out a ruler.

Do you know the brand and style of your current wheels, and could you post a link to a website that sells them, as well as some pictures of the wheels on your car (taken from front quarter angle, so we can get a sense of the offset)? People on this site are well-versed enough in wheels that we can probably estimate the offset if we know the width.
If it's not a high-end wheel like Volk or Work or something like that, then I am assuming they don't come in a wide variety of offsets for each width, so we can probably narrow it down pretty well.

The rims were given to me, and in result I ended up selling my stockers...and now I realize that the stockers were wayy better looking. They're so fugly that I think that no one would buy them, also it would be a PITA.
Thanks for the advice though.
