rims size question

Default rims size question

i have stock 18x8 rims on right now and i have 225/45/18 tires in the front and 245/45/18 tires in the back ... will those tires fit on rims 18x9. please respond. i am in a rush and didnt have much time to search for a size calculator

I would not put a 225 mm tire on a 9.0 inch wheel.

If you're in a rush, then searching for a size calculator might be a better idea than posting here

i saw on the aggressive stretch thread that some1 had a 225mm tire on a 9.5 in wheel.

is there a special way to put stretched tires on?

225/45-18" on 18x9" rims are stretched a little. You can do that, but be careful.

Be sure that you have a good seal at the bead, and check your psi frequently.

Buy wider tires as soon as you can.

its ok i bought 255s for the rear and going to use the 245s on the front
