Default Cracked valve stem repairable?

Help! I don't want to buy and reprogram another tps sensor.. Can I fix this? I was trying to force off my valve cap and it cracked off on my hands. It doesn't leak air but I can't fill air either.
For now I have a crappy rubber valve stem on there, but I'd like to put my tps back on. Feels kinda hopeless...
