ask op how he got rid of his rainbow shine. and i'm sure andy is trying to get things done. he's a pretty stand up guy. and if you got the rainbow after new tires were mounted, maybe they cleaned your wheels with the wrong stuff. that's why i don't want rims with a polished lip. too many people have problems with them.

I spoke with Eddie on the phone and we have come to an arrangement. If he would like to post the details of our arrangement, he is more than welcome to. At the end of the day, we do not deny damaging the wheels and take responsibility for it.
Just remember this guys, the Diamond Cut finish on the monoblock wheels and the lip on the GT wheels have a clear coat finish just like the body of your car. To maximize longevity of the finish, DO NOT USE ABRASIVE WHEEL CLEANER'S! Soap and water is the best solution.

Andy is a stand up guy. He was extremely helpful, and is going to make certain that my wheels are taken care of the right way. He's given me several options, all of which I've considered. For the time being, I'm going to drop off my wheels to him, and we're going to give the repairs another go. I am confident that the results will be much better than before.
Thanks again Andy!

way to see this get resolved. these days customer service is the most important thing a company can have. i have to suck on old jewish bo0bies all day.... so u can see that i am in customer service ;D
ive only used water on my GTS and my rears have a slight rainbow effect, but its not blotchy like in the OP. it is almost like the titanium finish on the le37T wheel. just not as noticeable. BUT ITS ONLY ON MY REARS and again, i use nothing but water and microfiber!
