Arizona to Washington state
Having made the opposite change you are making (WA to AZ), I can tell you that you may underestimate the weather conditions in certain parts of WA. If you're going to be anywhere around Seattle I would say that A/S tires will probably not be enough in the winters. There are extreme inclines that are completely covered in ice and snow. There are videos on YouTube of cars just flying around the roads, bashing into eachother, even 4x4 trucks and SUV's.
Drive carefully, very carefully.

I lived in Michigan majority of my life(17 years) so Im familiar with Washington driving and I was stationed in Washington so im familiar with the weather. I guess Ill look into a decent winter set. I looked at posts and not really looking for all season, was probing for Pacific Northwest Z Drivers. Where is that post at?

RWD performance cars need dedicated snow tires for the short time we have snow/slush. Add the hilly terrian and anything but snows will leave you stranded. Don't learn the hard way, listen to the guys that are from the NW.
I'd much rather have summers/snows than try to eek out the season on all seasons (and suffer the performance compromises a/s typically have for 11 months out of the year)
