Default unique wheel fitment issue/spacer question

Buddy of mine is letting me run his Enkei Evo 8 wheels on my car. Something different i haven't seen done yet and they are much lighter than stock.

So i got some spacers to make the wheels flush but here comes the problems. 5mm spacer i got from a local auto store doesn't fit cause of what lookes like a bleeder valve on the Hub ??? the evo wheel almost clears it but im def gonna need a spacer to drive safely so i'm curious where i can get a spacer that will fit according to this valve .

Now to the problem n the back. Spacers didnt fit there either cause of the hubcentric ring. the wheels fit great and look awesome but are ways from flush and i'm gonna need new lugs. So if anyone can point me int he direction of spacers and sizing that would work and what kind of lugs i need to look for ?

thanks for the help

Yes, this IS a very special question.

bleeder valve? No. 10mm bolt and shim? Yes. Remove it, install your wheels.

Do what they said. Regardless of what happens do ^ or some questions like these will require a flame retardent suit. Get some pics of what it looks like when you are done. How wide are these rims anyway?
