Default wheel fittiment question

I'm buying another 240 for this year till I can afford another 350 in the spring of 2010 (I'll have enough by fall/winter but not gonna buy one and have it sit in the snow for a coupple of months). I'm gonna move over the wheels but I know most of the setups are staggered on the z. I'm probally gonna be getting 18x9 & 17x9 wheels with a +15 offset. However the wheels wont be staggered... is that a problem? Will spacers in the rear fix that, if it is problem?

well I am planning on getting some mb wheels... if I could afford work or gram lights or volks, I would, but for 1 set of volks with tires I can get 3 sets of mb wheels with tires. Plus I'm gonna be using the car for drifting not a nice show car. I'm gonna get some mb battle's and mb wepon's.

17x9 and a 18x9 +15 won't be a problem, however you will have to run a fairly aggressive camber in the front, and with that much sidewall, would look weird especially in a 17..

spacers in the rear? how far out do u want to go? +15 is already fairly aggressive. +22/+20 is about flush in the rear.

i had no idea what flush was on the 350z. I know the 240 is +15 so i figured the z was about the same. When I switch over the the z I may just buy a nother set that is like +30 for the front. Ayone know what the flush is in the front?

Are you asking if wheels (that you have not bought yet) for a 240 (that you have not bought yet) will swap over to a 350 (which you may or may not buy), in a year and a half?

flush with Z fender with 'stock' alignment specs are in the +22 range, front and rear.

+30 would be tucked inside the fenders...

please read the sticky threads at the top of the wheel & tire forum, has ALOT of Z fitment questions already answered.

ok.. thanks... had no clue about that. Yea I checked out those stickies and wasn't to sure. I thought it was +12 range for some reason.

Yes I don't have a 240 yet cuz I rolled my other one over and i'm gonna buy another one in the spring because why would I buy one in the winter. I was gonna just buy a z this summer but i wanna make the first drift event down at e-town so I'll just buy a z the year after. It's winter time, evenif i had the car I would have it just sitting in the garage waiting for spring.
