Should fit fine with 245/275 tire combo. For reference, the most common setup on this site is 18x9.5 and 18x10.5 +22 F & R. Without even doing the calculations I would bet those wheels are very very close to having the same fitment for the outside edge of the wheel.

Now get some super sticky tires for your expensive wheels. Don't punk out and get cheapo tires.

ok fitment, I would say almost aggressive. Might want 10 or 15mm spacers in the rear

i have experience w this exact setup (give or take a mm)... yes aggresv, add
a 15mm spacer in the rear, which is the only difference I would make in my
own setup. I am not on coils... on S-techs... no strange tire wear. This setup
will require a fender roll or cut and pull, whichever ya want.

I have 18x9 +12 with 245/40-18 Falken FK452 up front.

I'm on Tanabe GF210 and I'm close to flush up front (but not quite, still a bit sunken in).

My 18x9 +12 sits ~5mm further out than your proposed 18x8.5 +11.

So...18x8.5 +11 will be fine up front (nothing crazy needed to fit).

Here's a grainy pic before the springs (rears are 18x9 +12 with 275/40-18 Falken FK452):

FYI.

Equips (especially early versions) are notorious for having very little brake caliper clearance.

Something to think about.

Those specs are far from aggressive. I'd suggest a 15mm spacer front & 20mm rear. That's to get a flush look, not even savage. Caliper clearance won't be an issue with spacers of that size.

like everyone has said...you have to run spacers up front to get a clean flush look....18x9.5 +12 still isnt flush.

depends on the caliper - not alot of room on the inside of that wheel the way the spokes are designed

with the right tire it is

remember, you sorta have to decide do you want the wheel flush to the fender, or the tire flush to the fender - 2 different looks, 2 different fitments, 2 different requirements
