Default I had a legitimate question. stretched tires

dont undertstand why my post was deleted?
so...
my z has stock premium wheels... the chrome wheels.
i believe the stock rear wheels are 8.5, correct me if i'm wrong.
Can i stretch fit 225/45/18 sized tires on there?
Any help would help.

stock rears are 245/45/18

I believe it'll work since I've even more drastic ones, but, why would you stretch the rear and not the front? But, I suppose that's for you to answer.
