Never scrub your rims after a drive. They'll be hot and the metal is more prone to scratching. Atleast rinse them good and let them cool down. And you're gonna get chips. Find a touch up paint if it's bothering you.

Minor chips from road debris is inevitable. At least you have wheels with a decent finish. I've seen some cheap wheels with cheap finishes that look like hell.

When you wash your wheels try not to use a harsh product, use P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel that is one of the best wheel cleaners out there and there is no acids in it so it wont be harsh on your wheels at all (even on volks). If you just have minor scratches on your rims you can try polishing them out with a good metal polish I ordered P21S Finish Restorer which is a good metal polish recommended on wheels, I am going to try and polish my lip on my LE37s. After a good polish if you are able to get the scratches out or not you should always use a good wheel wax or paint sealant on them that will help prevent any more scratching and will also keep that nice finish.

The P21S Wheel cleaner Gel will get rid of the wax/sealant you put on your wheels so try and just use soap and water after waxing/sealing your wheels, they should come clean much easier anyway until they get too dirty. I would recommend re-applying the wax/sealant every time after using any kind of wheel cleaner.
