Both are strong but nothing in the world is stronger than Volks.

if all else fails, type "forged vs cast wheel into a really cool thing called 'google', and you can spend the next 2 years reading all the articles

http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/te...ide/index.html

is the link for the first one, in case it doesn't work. If it still doesn't, then just do the above and it comes up in google.

Have you actually look at an Advan in person?
Advan RS 18X9 isonly 17.7lb
Same weight at TE37 at the same size.
Even the Enkei 18X9.5 is only 17.2lb

Advans and Enkeis are being used on Super Taikyu Endurance Series, JGTC, D1, WRC and even on Vodafone McLaren F1 team. Their durability are track proven.
Advan and Enkei are much stronger than Rota or Muteki or other things like those.
Advan and Volk are the two best wheels manufacturers from Japan.

I have seen forged bents too.
Some one here got his Nismo LM bented earlier.
Any wheel can bent.

Actually ADVAN wheels are made my Enkei. Some Enkei wheels and all the ADVAN Racing wheels are MAT technology which has a cast face and a roll forged barrel. It's a hybrid wheel. The Enkei RPF01 is a MAT wheel and only costs around $1000 for the set.

Those are the precise Enkeis on my track car! I think these are the best bang-for-dollar given the hybrid technology, weight, longevity, and affordability.

if you got the money then get forged, I personally bought some weds sa-70s, good looks, light weight, made by enkei with MAT and are tracked as well. you have to push a wheel pretty far or hit something really hard to mess it up in my opinion.
