Why not just open the box and measure them if you are that unsure?

...they are 30mm

Just measure the width of the spacer with a ruler. Use these specs to find out what size they are...

1.18 INCHES = 30 MM
APPROX. 1 INCH = 25 MM
0.78 OF AN INCH = 20 MM
.393 OF AN INCH = 10 MM
0.197 OA AN INCH= 5 MM

It should take all the guess work out of reading all the jibber jabber on that box you got there...

Would using a ruler be too obvious?
