Hey guys, i finally got pics of my gram light f-pros installed. they are 18x9 +24 and 18x10 +22. I would recommend +22 for the front cuz i had to have 2mm spacers cut to clear the brembos. Tire sizes are 245/40/18 front and rear.

I run the 245's all around for drift reasons. I dont wanna run a wider tire in the back cuz even with the procharger, itll be hard to spin at 80+mph. the 10's look nicer than the 9's and give the tires a sweet stretched look too.

I knew these rims would look perfect on a 350Z or G35C. You have just proven it Topic! Might I say AWESOME RIMS!
I should be receiving mine in Mid~late Sept. THey are being shipped to the Japanese shipping house next week then on a container the week after.
So you needed 2mm spacers for your fronts? I ordered 19x9.5 +19A for my fronts, hopefully I should have no problems with my Brembos also.
I'm going to save these pics on my comp if you don't mind =)

I think the issue they are trying to point out is that since your tires aren't staggered, the traction control and VDC are going to have problems all the time since the rear tires are spinning slower than the fronts. As long as you leave it off all the time, you are fine. For drifting, you would have to turn them off anyways.
The other comment about 245's on a 10" rim is one that concerns me too for safety reasons. The maximum recommended rim for a 245/40 is 9.5". The maximum recommended rim for a 245/45 is a 9.0". I am doing something similar to you. I am swapping out my front 225/45's for 245/40's. Then I am using these with the stock 245/45 rears on 9" rims all around. I decided not to go to the 245/275 on 8.5"/9.5" or 9"/10" wheels because I want a more balanced car. I want the front to stop pushing all the time, but be able to change the balance either way with small throttle inputs. Over tire-ing the rear will always cause a car to push in corners. Since the tread width of the 245/40 is only 9.7", it is pretty crazy to put it on a 10" rim. The sidewall has to be forced to flex to matte the rim at the bead. This actually over stresses the belts and can cause belt separations. In addition, forcing the rim out on a wider wheel like this puts more stress on the center of the tire causing the center to wear a lot quicker. The wheels do look great, I just think if you want to keep the 10"s out back then you should swap to at least a 255 tire for safety reasons.
