Default stock wheels cracked- 7 spoke

I noticed yesterday that both my front wheels are cracked 2 spokes on LF and 1 on RF. My wheels are not chromed either.
I talked to Nissan USA and was told to have the dealer look at my wheels. I was told that Nissan has no knowledge of wheels cracking.

Anybody else have stock, non chromed wheels crack?

That's not a good sign. Post a complaint with the NHTSA.

The stocks have cracked before, there are multiple accounts of them doing so on this board.
Stockers and Axis have the lions share of failures so far.

Haven't heard of any other instances of cracks on this particular style oem wheel. Prob because it wasn't available for very long, since it's pretty ugly. Keep us updated on what Nissan says about it.

I have been in contact with my Nissan dealer who is really trying to help me more then I thought since my car has been out of warranty for a couple years, but I only have 35,577 when I complained. The dealer got a call from the engineers and was wondering what size, brand, and tread depth on my tires. Now I have to wait for a call back from the dealer.

Wasnt there some mail sent out by nissan asking owners about their stock wheels? IIRC nissan knows about this.

The current recall is only for the chromed version of the 7 spoke, but the op's wheel looks un-chromed.

Not sure if Nissan will be helpful. Any wheels can crack. But you don't know unless you ask.

EDIT: The exception is Volks wheels. Strongest wheels know to mankind on earth as we know it.

It's been about 3 weeks so far, but about a week after I went to Stevens Creek Nissan and asked about my wheels, they decided to pay for my new front wheels. They helped out big time since wheels were 805.00 plus tax per wheel. They also mounted and balanced 2 new tires since the fronts needed to be replaced.

Since then I've bought new wheels/tires and I'm selling my stockers.
